Can someone explain me the income entries, that is, "Taxes" and "Civics and events"?

How these entries grow and change, and the relation with Commerce..

I can't find any thread about this.

Other thing that is strange for me , is that research output is greater than the sum of cities research, why that? How this new values is calculated?

Thank in advance
Arturo

I think that "Taxes" represents all the incomes your civ has, so the gold obtained from commerce, buildings and so on. "Civics" represents the manteinance costs you have to pay because of the civics you have chosen (I don't know if it represents also the manteinance of cities); "Events" are bonus and malus from research

about research, you are probably playing with the option "tech diffusion": once a civ researches a tech, other civs get free research towards that tech (more civ know that tech, the more bonus you get). these extra beakers are probably not shown in the sum of city researches
