If we disable start bias, I assume this will apply to the AI as well, if this is correct then I have a question.
EXAMPLE
1 - Setting up a game against AI civs that would normally have a desert start bias but with start bias switched off, would this mean less desert hexes covering the map as a whole?
2 - If the answer to the first question was no, then am I more likely to be given the desert start that the AI would have had?
3 - Finally, is the terrain decided by the map generator as a consequence of the civs involved or is it just random and then the civs are placed?
