question about ver33

Up until a couple of weeks ago i was playing ver 31 of the mod and it was all good, turn times were longish but quite acceptable on a large map setting.
Then i checked this forum for a new version of the mod in hopes that it would improve them turn times. Now, im not even at turn 400 on a large map, snail speed, 6 or 7 computer players, perfect world script (that's what its called i think) and i have to wait over 2 minutes after i press end turn. Keep in mind i have a high end computer and I've been playing on these settings in ver 31 where turn times where acceptable even in 4 digits turns (if i remember correctly i was still playing my game at turn 1700).
Am i missing something?

Yes i believe turn times have doubled for some reason, but the person that does them will be out till around Feb, sorry. I was just going to write about them in the bug thread, where this belongs.
