I'm sure this has been discussed here and there, but once again I can't find a clear answer (or "how to") regarding swamp terrain.
How does one create/add a swamp terrain. I only need to manually add this to a scenario map.
What it should do:
How the heck do I do all that?
Anyone? Thanks!

Edit -- one way to address this issue (which turns out to be more complex than I first thought) would be to modify an existing terrain. I'm thinking of the flood plain. Like this, I would not need to mess with the art -- only with the definition of the "flood plain" effects, and possibly relabel it "Swamp". Shouldn't that be a bit less involved?

What it should do:
- Cavalry, wheeled, and artillery units cannot enter (unless on road)
- Cavalry, wheeled, and artillery units cannot attack into a swamp
- Causes slow movement (unless on road)
- Build road through a swamp requires Engineering
- Prevent cities to be built on a swamp (although swamps can provide food to nearby cities)
- Causes disease to units in a swamp (damage/death?)
- Causes disease to adjacent cities (sickness, loss of Pop.)
- Give some defensive bonus
- Can be removed (requires Engineering & use "chop jungle")
