Questions re XML tags

Are there any guidelines on balancing the <iAsset> and <iPower> tags in the UnitInfos file?

Ditto <iXPValueAttack> and <iXPValueDefense>.

There used to be a wiki site that explained many of the xml tags. Is there one for BtS?

iAsset basically means an objects overall value. The higher, the more the AI thinks it is valuable.

iPower will directly effect how powerful the AI thinks the object is, and it will show in the ledger thingy.

I think the plug has been pulled on civ4 wiki, it was terminally ill.

The iXP Value tags determine how much XP you get from attack vs. defense.

So, in practical terms, what is the difference between iAsset and iPower? How do I figure out what appropriate values are? Ditto XPValue tags.

Well, if you use the other units as a guide, you should be able to come up with decent numbers. The difference between Assets and Power is that assets basically more comprehensive than power. Power really refers to pure strength. However, I don't know how each are exactly used by the AI in dealing with other players and determining what to build, etc.

If you want a unit to get more XP from attacking, then increase that number.
