questions thread?

Hey all,

I'm new to modding with civ 5, I have quite a project drawn up in my head but im wondering if there is a thread here on the boards where one can ask simple questions to experiences modders, questions that perhaps are too short/simple to merit their own threads?

The main C&C forum (the one before this subforum) is where general questions should go. This subforum is only for tutorials.
