Queuing Help

OK, does anyone get how this works?

I mean every time I select something to produce and its finished, the Domestic Advisor seems to randomnly select something, cant I get a standard queing system like in CTP?

Help!!

to queue - press shift and click on the things you want to build
to unqueue - click item and press delete
