He can't rush it. The button to hurry city production doesn't appear when Tojo is selected. AFAIK, in Vanilla Civ, you could do this.
One of the major changes made in C3C is that now there are two types of Great Leaders. Great Military Leaders can create an Army, rush buildings and SMALL Wonders.

Only Great Scientific Leaders can rush a Great Wonder. The Scientific Leaders are created by being the first civ to discover a new tech, a 3% chance for most civs, 5% chance for scientific civs. They're pretty random and can potentially show up upon discovery of any tech in any age.

Ah. I see now. Thanks for that.

By the way, I used Tojo to build a Samurai Army that just absolutely MESSED UP the Zulu :hammer:

Yes, but you'd have to capture or destroy most if not all of their cities.

Or, as you'll sometimes see in war, make some of their citizens go unhappy (whether it is a long drawn out war when they're in Republic/Democracy, or pillaging all their luxury resources). The AI doesn't use the luxury slider, so it'll start taking citizens off tiles and turning them into entertainers. This way, the more citizens they turn into entertainers the less commerce they are producing. War weariness is a powerful tool.

Which civilizations are in which Global Cultures in:

1. PTW?
2. C3C? :)

I couldn't tell you off the top of my head, but it's in the Editor. Turn on Custom Rules, and go to the Civilizations tab.

American: America, Iroquois, Aztec, Inca, Maya

Mediterranean: Rome, Egypt, Greece, Carthage, Byzantines

Mid East: Babylon, Sumeria, Arabia, Persia, Zulu, Ottomans, Hittites

European: Germany, Russia, England, France, Spain, Scandinavia, Celts, Netherlands, Portugal

Asian: China, Japan, Korea, India, Mongols

Those are for C3C - I doubt any switched from PTW -> C3C, though.

Can I take all of an AI's money, resources and cities, in exchange for a resource they don't have?

And what's future tech?

You can't trade for cities, you can only recieve them in tribute/payment to end a war. One of the bigger exploits in the first game involved the trading of cities for various goods, followed by immediately redeclaring war and reclaiming them. Money & resources you can get though, assuming the resource you're offering is worth enough to the AI.

And what's future tech?

Simply somewhere for your beakers to go once you've finished the tech tree. They add to your score slightly when you research them.

Yes. Reinstall it.

The patches are listed in the Add/Remove program list, at least the Conquests ones are. I've never tried removing one, so I don't know if that would work. However, a reinstall would.

If I upgrade a vet unit, will it become regular?

Also, if I upgrade a reg unit, will it become conscript?

No and No. The only loss in rank is Elite >> Veteran.

:)

A vet will stay vet, a regular will stay regular, and a conscript will stay conscript. However, an Elite unit will become a veteran unit after upgrade.
