my English is very bad

Differnt AI starts with various difficultive levels
For example : Rome starts warlord, Egypt starts Emperor, America starts Demigod

Is this possible?

Well I've noticed something in the Players Tab that should probably do want you want. You would need to assign the civs to a Player and then assign the difficulty to each of the slots.

it doesn't work

I do not think that you can directly do that. However, if you examine the various game difficulty levels in the editor, you will see that the AI gets an increasing number of starting units at each level. If you pre-generate the map and starting positions, you can then place on each civilization starting position the appropriate number and type of unit for a given difficulty level. Then go to the general setting in the editor menu, and set the AI for say the median of the various levels you wish to have in the game, That would be the closest approximation that I think can be made to starting the game at different difficulty levels.

 WHAT?? I've long thought that all difficulty levels are set, across Civs, in the scenario's properties' level of difficulty.

-:confused:z

43 cent's question is "Is this possible?" - meaning can we set different behaviors (levels of aggression, etc.) for different civs that the AI uses throughout the game with that one flag.

Like Ozymandias, my gut says no - the setting is locked at the same level for all civs - set in-game in the opening screens after a biq is selected to play. But someone with actual experience finding things that Firaxis didn't give us direct access to in the standard editor may know differently.

You surely can make civs harder or easier in the editor by allowing them to build improvements and units or not.
Imagine a civ that can build cheap buildings that reduce corruption and units with hidden nationality that require no upkeep.
Easy to do.
