BTW, would you agree to use PBEM tracker? It is a website which I used for another PBEM and it worked fine. It allows to easily receive/send files as well as view where the save is.

PBEMtracker is very good and effective way to send and track your PBEM saves and games...

I joined. So once we all join - what then?

You just have to play turn and then send it via PBEMTracker. Then we all can track where save is and who has the ball, or who is making delay...
