Is their any way to set a rally point on a coastal city without having all your ships go there? this is really frustrating, because I like to set a rally point where my transport ships are so my units can be ready to ship out, but then my new ships all start heading there, and often I want them in a different direction. I use the continental rally point because I can't seem to make the regular rally point do anything.
