Do is possible to make a third "trait" who will be make two things:
If civilization go to new era, choose a difflucty level ( im not a programmist but it will look , that every level will be have a number ( if i good remeber civ have 9 levels of difflucty ) and computer will be choose a number from 1 to 9. i always must manual change level when i enter into new era ( generator of numbers so helpful, but when i set a LOD (level of difflucty) i will set only to my civ; in "version" 2.0 LOD will be set for every country when civ go into new era (to protect from jumping from first level to nine set that difference from current level cannot be higher then +\- 2 or 3)

a second thing will be randomize of traits for every civ of course and the same as before in entering into new era targets of civilization will be changed ( spain: in old times was be expansive and spiritual, today ... indtrustal/finanse and humanitarian?)
so... do it is possible to make ?

Well there has already been an idea floating around similar to this. Rather than it linked to the civ its linked to the leaders. Thus Isabella always spiritual/expansive but eventually she is replaced by a more modern leader with different traits.

It has not all been worked out yet but I think it is agreed that it would be a nice optional feature to have in the game.

I like that idea but I would prefer traits defined by how the civ plays rather then a predetermined leader, it would also work good with the idea of the evolving culture idea that was proposed, or if you use the evolving culture model it could always link leader to culture/era

We have wanted to add the Dynamic Traits System mod for quite some time but it seems it was never finished. It would do what you are suggesting.

EDIT: Or is it? Can someone on the C2C Team check this to see if it can be merged into C2C. If I recall he never released the C++ code or something.
