[R&F] Ranged units leave city center for no reason

This has happened sporadically since R&F came out, so I haven't been able to determine what triggers it. Ranged units will, of their own volition, move out of a city center they were stationed in. No orders to move/attack were given. They just decide to do it. It's very odd in peacetime and sometimes fatal during war.

Yeah, I've seen this. It's new to the R&F patch. They made it more likely the ranged unit will occupy the garrison vs melee now, but it can just bail for no apparent reason.
