Does the bonus to science for having a 3 adjacency campus only apply if the campus has a map based adjacency of 3, or does it take into account bonus’ from Policy cards such as five year plan etc that give 100% adjacency.
example:
Map adjacency for campus is 2 due to being next to 2 mountains, therefore Rationalism bonus isn’t triggered.
Five year plan is slotted adjusting adjacency to 4. Does this now trigger the rationalism bonus?
I remember playing around with this a while back and struggled to be able to confirm it with so many science modifiers going on. If anyone definitely knows the answer please furnish me with your knowledge.
