I know the developers read this, so I would like to say I don't fully blame you guys. I know about the system and crap corporate life. That being said I miss the game world beginning, before it was an industry.
I see civ now as another half baked stuff to tap into people's addictions to milk money.

That's quite a jolly little game, incidentally. But you are just building up your settlements - there's no AI or warfare.

I'll risk a necro, sorry about that, but I don't want to start a new thread when there is already one with a very suitable name.

It seems, there has been some movement in the efforts of hexagoning a globe. A new game, Gilded Destiny, is on the horizon, and they're shaping a premade Earth globe out of hexagons.

I wonder, if such design could be extended to randomly generated globes?
