[R&F] Realiable Historic speed mod

I'm looking for a reliable mod that adds a 'Historic'(marathon research/ standard production) speed. I currently use "8 ages", but the production rate still appears to be that of standard 'marathon' speed. Perhaps the mod is incompatible with R&F? Anyway, do you guys know of any mods that might work? Thanks!
