I'm just curious, why did you decide to give them that advantage?
 
I noticed you were missing historic missions for some civs (haven't had the time to play all of them, so I don't know all the ones that are missing, but I know Polynesia and Iroquois don't have any). Could you put a list up somewhere? It might help people who know about the civ give suggestions.
 
Although it is a really fun game to play the crashing problem is a turn off. Both me and a good friend both notice there is something in the game that causes it to freeze. If that was fixed I would definately play this mod more. Also the English cant satisfy the colonization of the new world because the americans are already there. The Americans should not be in the mod as they evolved from the British.

Seraphim, One notice about Missions. Russia have mission build Apollo Program, but Apollo program is USA(NASA) program.

In the story,
Germany is in the center of Europe
He do not have much opportunity to meet a Barbarian camp (compared with the normal game)

First of all, best mod for CiV5 as far as now for me! Great job!
Secondly, crush issue is very annoying because I like this mod so much that I get so upset when after 280 turns it crashes.
Thirdly, could you move Turks to central Asia? This will be both good for gameplay (Greece will have more space for play) and for history (Turks came from central Asia, only settled in modern Turkey in middle ages).
Fourth, as said atop, it's a great mod!
 
Hi, somehow when I play with greece I get Polish cities ... I mean instead of founding Athens at the beggining it creates Warsaw??!! also had that problem playing as Germany.. this time the cities were the ones belonging to the Iroquie civ. How can I fixed that?

Playing as england on Immortal difficulty.
At 150BC Bismarck had cannons and musketmans, and started stomping every single nation, and almost eliminating france, thus making almost every nation declare war on him, but still his tech and military was too strong to overcome.
PS: he also had about 4 CS allies.

Just wondering if this happened to anyone else, kinda strange even tho I could arrow most of his units to death with longbowman units from my mainland

EDIT 2: The germans did conquer the whole french civilization by 200ad, with rifleman, against pikeman. Lol this cant be right...

EDIT 3: Possible bug with the positon naming on cities, Washington has two "Boston"s, one belongs to Hiawata and is a puppet, so i assume Washington founded both of them

some ideas for Polynesia: should start in boat, off the coast of New Guinea, which should be defended by Barbarians to force further exploration. Or, if you want a start on Hawaii, chuck a city state on one or two of the island to force eventual unification.

Should be the first to discover Hawaii, New Zealand, Samoa, Fiji, and Tonga.

Should control all of the Hawaiian islands, Fiji, Samoa, Tonga, and New Zealand by 1810.

Should not allow any foreign (European or American) settlement on the Hawaiian islands and/or New Zealand.

Should be the first to circumnavigate the globe (maybe!).

For Iroquois:

Should control all of the Eastern United States by 1722.

Should not allow any Foreign Settlements in North America.

Never lose a city to a foreign invader.

Should have 8 fur resources by 1500.
 
I played an American game a little while ago, and it doesn't seem the real city names are working right...

I made my first city Wasington obviously
My second city was New Orleans
My third was where Chicago was supposed to be but instead it was NY

Also the Iroqouis were in the great plains, which is obviously not where Onondaga is supposed to be...

On the bright side at least one worked :)
 
I usually crash two or three times before I reach the 200s, but my computer is kinda sucky. I love the mod so much though that before I play it, I just set up my autosave to save every turn or two, so that I don't lose too much. Never managed to get through an entire game though, but I'm getting close with Germany.

On that note, however, is there anyway that you can set the historic challenges that require conquering a nation to require you to own a specific area? As Germany, I had to conquer Rome, France, Belgium, and Greece by 18-something, and I currently own Europe west of Poland, as well as the Bosporus strait, and didn't manage to get the challenge because of a 2 pop. Greek city located in what is the Ivory Coast IRL. Really freaking annoying that you could miss out on the challenge because they slipped a settler past you.
