Not really, we could just deny Bohemia provincehood, making it revert into Domestic's control.

That is completely right... All cities which are NOT in a province ar e under controll of the domestic department.
Thats the rule.

If we dont make bavaria be a province, it is under controll of the dd.

The name we give it doesnt have any say. And all which is not defined in the rules or denied is allowed until otherwise stated. Not the other way around.

the majority of the cities have been under domestics control anyways. We all naturealy (sp?) assumed that all the cities fell under bohemias control. Hence my instructions under the governors thread, since i was doing the queues for domestic anyways it made sense for me to put them with my governors instructins under a new title. I never asked for build queus ideas to be placed in the governors thread. thats why there was a citizens discussion thread

not a single city was under domestic till now, as we pregame decided to start off with a governor and a province and assume all cities in that province.
which was a awful idea btw, because if we would not have had any governors we would have had a pressing need to define borders FAST.

the build queues and discussion relating to the province belong there or in the citizen forum, but that has nothing to do with the discussion here?

and btw:
you were an elected governor and as such not doing your queues for domestic but for your province. you have to mentally seperate your 2 jobs!

Well looks like the Govenor possitions are still open . I am still interested in running the SW provance .

IMO, The Capital provance should have been "created", not using an existing provance to shrink it down to a 3 * 3 tile section. I beleve that Fionn should control of the northern provance that should be Bohemia. I know that Fionn is elected govenor of that provance .
