Origin & Backstory: The charismatic William Darcy was born into a family of wealthy industrialists with powerful southern-state connections and friends in the US government to boost their already considerable amount of influence.
Growing up in a home where family presence was a luxury, young William was set to fend for himself. bearing with him an unprecedented vile intellect, and a silver tongue not too uncommon for southerners, he raced through his childhood at a stunning rate. at the age of nine he had memorized basic mathematics and linguistics, at the age of fourteen he graduated from his family-paid private high school, and at the age of eighteen he had received his Ph.D in Industrial Economics and Technological Management, as well as having become the assistant manager of a minor accounting firm.
Rising through the corporate ladder, William Darcy was quick to sever himself from his family, whom had never truly been anything more than a form of economic support for his ambitions to grow ripe.
At the age of thirty, William had secured himself on the tabloids as a renowned bachelor, book writer, industrial revolutionary and charitable philanthropist. he was on the front cover of the Red Skies times for nearly seven months and was nominated as America's most charitable individual two years later.
Only moments after his fame had simmered down, he announced the erection of Darcy International, an industrial giant with global ambitions which immediately gained a foothold in energy, pharmaceuticals, and the military-industrial complex.
Darcy International is currently a super-corporation dealing in construction, drug-production, military R&D, advanced robotics, energy R&D, and mining. their headquarters are located in Red Skies' Financial District, in the form of a colossal tower, with the acting Executive Director Darcy's luxurious penthouse and office on the top floor.
Attributes:
- Corporate Fatcat: Whilst just a normal man, Mr. Darcy holds a sickeningly immense economic wealth and his influence and rotten will stretches to anyone who takes a bribe; such as the town mayor, politicians, mercenaries, the police departments, local mobsters, and hired killers.
- The Rotted Center: Never actively revealing his less tasteful actions to public attention, William makes use of the criminal underworld as a proxy for committing unspeakable acts, including blackmailing, extortion, kidnapping and murder.
- Charismatic Do-Gooder: Is looked upon favourably by the general population as a result of his deceptive charitable activities and sugartalk.
- Private Army: Is the acting owner of the large, well-equipped daughter-company and paramilitary security group; "Skyline Incorporated."
Character Notes: Whilst the majority of his assets are centered abroad, William's corporation holds a few facilities in Red Skies of note:
- Darcy International Headquarters: "The Ivory Tower" A 1,105 ft. tall reinforced structure, complete with rows upon rows of offices, security stations, multiple helipads, conference rooms, laboratories, dining rooms, four major mess halls, a spa, a personal nuclear reactor in the sub-levels which powers the entire facility, a car pool, and a penthouse suite at the top floor. the tower itself is protected by a large Skyline Inc. security presence, including state-of-the-art security measures (blastdoors, multiple sealed corridors that can be placed in a complete vaccum or be filled with nervegas on a whim, experimental energy shielding, metal detectors, motion & thermal sensors and automated defensive gun batteries in sensitive areas of the building).
- Darcy International Nuclear Power Plant: A large nuclear twin-reactor compound located by the right-side tip the docks which supplies the city of Red Skies with efficient, clean energy. protected by a large garrison of local Darcy and Skyline Inc. security forces.
- St. Henry's Hospital: A sizable community hospital located in the Downtown area funded and ultimately dictated by Darcy International. acts as a front for the corporations' distasteful drug-testing, including biological and genetic experimentation on the hospital's patients.
- Rig-501: An advanced oil-rig located off the coasts of Red Skies. while also a source of precious fossil-fuel, the rig is mainly designed as a top-secret military research facility and the primary staging area for Skyline Inc. operations in Red Skies.
- Northland Chemical Plant: The primary chemical factory for Darcy International. located at the northside, this compound produces anything from soap, detergents, pesticide, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals to mind-altering LSD. protected by local Darcy security forces.
- The Sunderland Robotics Installation: Located in proximity to Fort Vicent on Vicent Island is Darcy International's advanced robotics research and production plant. Sunderland Robotics develop state-of-the-art military and industrial-grade exoskeletons (alongside unmanned combat vehicles) known as "Hardshells" which are mostly sold to western nations for an inhumane profit. there have been wild and unconfirmed rumors, however, that Darcy International Hardshells have found their way into the hands of a number of crime syndicates and renowned terrorist organizations. the facility is protected by a large Skyline security force.
- Darcy's Coffee Heaven: A fashionable coffee chain which has spread to become a worldwide sensation. there are several of these locales spread around Red Skies and they act as a way for Darcy International to run tests on the population by putting chemical or viral agents (or both) in their beverages.

Origin & Backstory: They called him many names. Not just Kukulkan, but Q'uq'umatz. Quetzalcoatl. He was worshipped, respected, in century after century, empire after empire. Just like his twin Xolotl.
Then the pale-faced devils came from across the sea.
He saw his land destroyed, himself reduced to a mere memory, and was forced northwards. Worst of all, Xolotl was lost, somewhere into the mists of time. Centuries later, when those revolutionaries tried to break away, he was defeated, so he fled northwards again. It was in the coming decades. He laid low.
Until, in approximately 1997, Kukulkan had a vision. Xolotl was still alive. Here. In this city. So he came here. He's been searching ever since then, but to little success. But he must keep trying.
Attributes:
-Ancient Wisdom: There are few who walk this Earth who are as ancient as Kukulkan. He has seen dozens of empires and nations rise and fall.
-Sky God: With his winged feathers, Kukulkan has the ability to fly through the cityscape.
-Morning Star: Kukulkan is most associated with the planet Venus, so his strength is greatest when Venus is high in the sky - that is, at sunrise and sundown.
Character Notes: This is where things get interesting. Recently, Kukulkan has started to have doubts. He can't be immortal, can be? Is he literally the same god? His memories before the late 1990s - they're all so fuzzy. He will have to find out.
Character Goals:
-He just wants to find Xolotl again. And he suspects he's somewhere in this city. But he also wants to end these doubts. Who, really, is he?

Identity: Her family past was "erased" by the government and is known only to those with military permission. Anyone with enough hacking skills can find out who she is.

She wears a light suit, military-grade, in order to make her more agile but the material does not stop a bullet.
Origin & Backstory:
Daughter of a florist seller and an enthusiast in astronomy, Claire had a troubled childhood. When she was three, military found her covered in blood and her family house destroyed. What many thought to be a gas explosion actually had to do with the effects of the Great Comet. According to the girl, she was looking at the telescope when she fainted and woke up in the debris.
Interested in the girl, the government took her to a high-security facility, intended to understand what took place there and why Claire was intact. The question was settled when more cases of super humans with unimaginable powers began to appear: she was one of them.
With nowhere to go she ended up serving the military. During the service as an agent, she infiltrated in various mobs, performed criminal interrogations and helped to imprison dangerous superhuman.
She was allied to the government until the day that mafia suspected of her actions and decided to look at the footage from security cameras. They found out about the illusion that she had created and tried to murder her. She managed to barely escape.
Seeing the danger that the military put the young, they decided to send her to Red Skies to end any trace of the enemies following Claire. What they do not know is that even after transferring her to another city, she continued to work fighting crime.
Attributes:
Illusion Manipulation: Claire can create, shape and manipulate illusions, causing targets to see, hear, touch, smell and/or taste things which do not actually exist or cause them to perceive things differently from what they truly are. She can also cause people to see, hear, touch, smell, and/or taste real things in ways that they would not do naturally. Claire is also able to make herself look and sound like a different person or even seem invisible. Since her power only affects the mind, her illusions cannot be recorded on film or tape or by other means. However, Claire's power works so strongly on the mind that even if her victim or victims know they are being subjected to an illusion, they will still react to the illusion as if it were reality unless they can rid themselves of all suspicions that it is indeed reality.
Essokinesis; Through her gaze, she can send powerful brainwaves to those who look at her, creating powerful "true illusions". These mental illusions depend on the target field of view, while him is staring at Medusa, she has full control over his mind. And if the illusion is powerful enough, it can literally convince the brain to copy anything that happens to the victim within the illusion, making it possible to kill or hurt the target with illusions. While under the effect of the Medusa's gaze, Claire can enter in the "dream" to shape the world or even interact with the target. The illusion can last as long as the victim is in the field of view of Medusa or she has enough power to maintain the illusion. Her eyes become "empty" in a dark blue tone, as if is the sea/nebula.
Do you bleed?; Even with military training, Medusa is weak. Fortunately for her, the events in 1997 increased her's senses above any normal human. In addition to this increased awareness, she has extraordinary reaction time and she has a limited super speed.
Weakness; Medusa can't maintain her powers indefinitely. Also eh ability to manipulate people's minds does not affect those who see it for security cameras or other devices.
