Reduce # of religious units

I really like how archaeology is designed in Civ VI compared to Civ V, inspired alittle by that I suggest a new type of religious system with units connected to buildings.

A shrine should support a missionary and a temple should support an apostle. Missionary and apostle should cost X faith and have unlimited uses, but different actions should have different faith costs. This way you wont use faith to spam missionaries and apostles, but only have a few. If you engage in religious wars however you will want more than just one apostle, but not more than you can support by faith so they can actually do something.

Missionaries should work slowly, so you should be able to start a mission in a city until it is converted. Starting a mission would cost X faith per turn and spread Y influence per turn. You can always choose to stop the mission or will be stopped if you run out of faith it .

Apostles should work like now with different promotions and more actions.
