Redundant question

Sorry I know this has been asked to death but I'm still slightly confused on theming bonus. Is it accurate that in say Berlin, I want to have 3 great works. Each from different era and civ if possible to achieve the theming bonus?

Click the briefcase at the top of the screen, go to the "your culture" (iirc) tab on the window. Put your pointer over any of the "+0" indicators and it will tell you what you need for a theming bonus. The rules for theming are different depending on the building\wonder.
