Referendum: What to do about the Monoglian War.

What to do with the Mongolian War

  • Total voters
    15
  • Poll closed .
I ex post facto certify that this poll is VALID and that the results are binding. Even though the Citizens Assembly is required to sign a Peace Treaty, this poll was only finding out which of the two we should pursue. Had the majority of citizens voted for a peace treaty, we would've needed a separate poll of confirmation of the peace treaty by the Citizens Assembly. As it stands, the results of this poll were carried out with the destruction of Mongolia.

I will be requesting a judicial review of this poll and its validation and also of other polls and their validations. I'm am getting very tired og pollsters incorrectly bandying about the terms initiative, referendum and citizen's assembly votes.

Please do..but then step down since you have already made your opinion know and we can hardly have a partial jury since you have done so. Except me to "poll" you to death to delay the process till next term. What goes around comes around.:mischief:

Had the result of this poll been to sign a peace treaty, then another, official poll of the citizens assembly would have been required. But we voted to continue the war, and the motion for peace was voted down. As you stated earlier in this thread, "the Citizens Assembly has the sole power to make peace". The result of this poll was not to declare war or to make peace, but to continue a war which had already been approved.

I understand the terms perfectly fine. You just seem to have a different opinion from everyone else.

-sorry double post, my internet crashed-

Donsig, this poll, and some others were made in a difficult period because we didn't have a censor at the moment, the posters of the poll had the intention to make a correct poll, but they didn't succeed in doing it according to every single rule. Point is, they stepped up for Licentia and made it a ruleable county once again. If we (I posted a poll too) hadn't done this the whole county would be out of control.

Please apply common sense instead of rules for once. Rules are for people who can't think for themselves, and I think our wise members of governement can think for theirselves.
