Refugees?

Are there any objections to the proposed rule amendment regarding refugees? Do we want refugees from TNT, and if so who? BCLG whoever seems to be pretty active, and it seems they have a couple actives. We might need some new blood to spur some debates.

We definitely want them. If any of them want to come over here. Most will probably go to MIA since they are the only ones not in a war against them right now.
