Before the pre-G&K patch, I used to build in ModBuddy, alt+tab to civ5 and the civ5 UI was automatically reloaded with the new version of my mod. Does anyone know whether it's still possible or not? Because going back to the main menu everytime is such a pain, especially with a dynamic and weakly typed language such as LUA (doh! misspells!).

Civ5 now locks the files it has loaded, so, from my own experience, you can no longer build in ModBuddy if Civ5 has a game open which is using the mod you are trying to build (unless you change version number but that brings its own set of fun issues)
