Maybe you can get a water fountain to help. That creates soothing white noise, blocks sound pretty well (at least if it's in between the noise source and you), and looks good. Make it as close to a wall of water as you can.

That's an interesting idea...

In the pool the main return throws water up and into the pool creating a situation like that. Some small babbling fountain on the bar... Might work. :b:
