Title explains the gist of this. IRL we have lots of National and Provincial parks that are built to protect ancient ruins, previous buildings, significant cultural sites, etc. Is it possible to have parks created in an era be able to use tiles improved x number of eras ago?
I feel like this could be a cool addition to the parks system currently. Perhaps instead of getting the resource you could get extra tourism/money from it or something.
