Request for interface modders

Since I myself haven't figured out how to make my mod adding a civ work yet, I think I'll set this challenge to my superiors.


THE CIVILOPEDIA CANNOT BE ACCESED FROM THE MAIN MENU! THIS MUST BE FIXED!

Anyway, this problem will cause n end of frustration to modders who must start a game every time they want to see the civilopedia.

So as a favor to community, could someone please make this little tweak?

This will be difficult to do since the game data is not loaded at this point, it is loaded when actually setting up the game.
