This is so simple and easy there are probably a dozen of these mods running around that I have missed. But, even so, what I am really looking for is a quick tally of my relationships with other civs. Going through the lists below can get tedious when sometimes there are dozens of different reasons for and against a friendly relationship. Say I want to declare a friendship and I need to know if my relationship is improving or not at a glance... or, conversely, I want to bait another civ into declaring on me... I don't want to sit with the calculator just for math (or maths for our European friends).
I would like to know if there is, or if it's possible to create, a QOL upgrade for a simple total at a glance on the relationship screen.
