[Request that you find it usefull] Earth : year 2000 !

Hello all !

The scenario Earth 1000 is ok but i would like to have a modern day earth map, epoch : 1950 1975 or 2000 ...

We should create a Mod based on Earth map with 18 major civs and rest are minor unplayable civs not really Barbarian ...

What do you think of this idea ?

I'm so surprised that nobody has thinked to it ...

Sure, make a map at the start of 200 and make each turn last 1 year? Still 500 turns may not be enough, so maybe lower tech research times? Nice idea, never thought of it.
