Research bonuses for leader traits?

Would it be possible to categorize techs and give civs small bonuses to research according to their leader traits? Like, an aggressive leader would get a 10% bonus for archery and a philosophical one would get a 10% bonus for education. This would be an additional incentive for players to take their traits into account.
 
i think you could do it with python, although i dnt know how to make it look like it on the tech screen

but roughly in python you could check if a player has a trait and is researching a tech due for the bonus and increase the amount of beakers produced that turn by 10%

thats a fairly messy way to do it, and the player wouldn't really know about it
