RFC ++, Province Questions

3 Questions.
Where do I find Rostov for the Kievan UHV?
Where do I find Kurland for the Prussian UHV?
And why does Muscovites get my City of Tver although it is within the Province "Novgorod" and I have "stabil" there as Novgorod Republic. I thought the System is like in SoI but it seems to be flawed.

Tver is in their core, so it flips just like any other city there. Click "shift" and hover to see the core areas. The game does not make a distinction in the stability wording between historical areas (green in RFC) and historical areas in another civ's core area (yellow in RFC). Hope this helps.

For provinces, I usually just google it to find their location. I think Rostov is far to the east. Kurland, I have no idea.

Now I understand what those Red squares are. I always wondered what they mean.
I thought the Core Areas would be like in SoI, so that where I am "solid" nobody can flip my cities away.

Rostov is supposed to be a Province but I just can't find it. I do the "CTRL" thing to look for it at the River Don but I don't see it. Is it "hidden" or just not there?
