Rhye's and Fall issue

First off, I'm not sure this is the right place for this thread, and I apologize if it is not.

Ok, I have Vista, and when I try to play Rhye's and Fall, the game suddenly closes after a (usually brief) period of time. It usually says "Rhye's and Fall has stopped working. Vista is trying to find a solution..."

First of all, do you have the latest version of the game?

I have the latest patch for BtS.

At what stage does the game crash? Has your game generated any logs? They would be in the Civ4Logs folder in the BTS folder.

The game crashes after I have picked a civ, usually after loading. I checked the logs folder but the only things that are there don't seem to have been created recently.

I note from your previous posts that you had difficulty removing the BUG mod. If this is still in place, and if it overwrote BTS files rather than being installed as a mod, then it could be the cause of your problems. Other than that, I'm afraid I don't know what could be wrong, if you can play Civ IV normally otherwise.
