I fear history is about to be rewritten, Hanibal and his people have no idea how they are about to change it for the worst and the Greeks are blindly following his lead. Carthage is oblivious to the fact that it is only a matter of years before it becomes a Greek province and all of theses stupid mistakes of our enemies turn out not only to their great disadvantge but to our misery and downfall, if only they knew...
The men are anxious for battle, convinced that Rome will become the modern Thermopylae. They are confident that numbers mean nothing and that it will be an easy victory, brave little souls... *wipes tear*

I'm a newbie to this stuff, is razing kosher for PBEMs? Am I allowed to discuss things like a peace treaty w/ Carthage even though we're in a locked war? Not that either of those would be realistic options at present...*sigh*

Special rules are on page 1. You can discuss a truce with Carthage if you wish, though I wouldn't hold out much hope on that right now...

I think that Carthage should have been an exception to the razing rule due to history but again, not that it matters.
