A vast fleet was crossing the endless wavy sheet of black water. It was the Brigade National Liberation Army, bound for their rightful, holy homeland - Nippon!

On the open bridge of the hugest, most awesomest warship named S.O.S. Nekokoneko stood a female figure, with a red ribbon tied around her ponytail. She was gazing over the endless ranks of soldiers in red boarding the floating metal hulks. All of them were mindless slaves willing to do anything - and survive anything - to watch the latest episode of the countless anime series broadcasted throughout the Brigade.

At last the preparations were all complete. While teenage girls wearing sailor uniforms were singing theme songs and dancing. A parade was making its way up to the bridge. Upon a silken pillow lay one red piece of cloth with strange, complex letters...
