Actually, I would like to ask, how they can be seen. It is interesting to look as pass fights at rivals

I'm not sure what you're asking ... do you want to watch combat animations between two other civs?

But, I see only Moves, instead of Combats.

The bit is exposed only "0" or "1".

The menu option is to show enemy moves within your line of sight. It doesn't show them ALL. If you have line of sight on everything, you'll get to see all moves, but be warned: your turns will take forever to process!
