Askia, The Brute: Usurping the "King of The World" Title
The Songhai advisors all recommended peace, for the Incan was strong. However, Askia was not ready for that "To the Death!!!"
Askia's screams did not fall of deaf ears for the Mayans broke away from their oppresive Incan overlord and peace was arranged
Pacal started building a tourist resort which was frequently populated by visiting Japanese on their way to attack the Incans.
work was needed as the armada returned to Europe and re-equipped itself with tanks, marines, jets, mechanical infantry, and of course Tactical Nukes.
Meanwhile, domestic production shifted to essentially one purpose
While Hyuna did contruct SDI (damned thing was not destroyed afterall) 1 out of 10 nukes still got through. Good enough for support and early attacks since we are finishing about 5 a turn.
A defensive shield of destroyers
Show that there is no sneaky Incan Tactical nuke equipped sub meandering towards our mighty armada.
Meanwhile teh last leaders decided to start fighting themselves as Monty invaded America and subsequently good nuked to hell by Abe.
The Armada moved closer to Inca
NC launched 1 Tactical at it but luckily it was shot down by SDI. HC was no so lucky as Askia marcked up and down the Atlantic coast of South America, raizing all cities
Meanwhile, Hyuna stuck to his strategy of trying to flee to space
Genetics was researched and he was constructing the Stasis Chamber, time was an issue to get the capital.
Many strong Incan cities were destroyed, but getting to the Landlaocked ones on the Mighty Amazon required landing an army.
As this army headed North, the Armada with it's remaining tactical nukes heading south to pass the Southern tip of South America.
The army faced opposition but was able to take some cities
ICBMs were required here as tacticals did not have the range.
Askia moved up the Pacific coast.
Finally, the Incan capital falls
However, the space ship has NOT beed destroyed yet!
Disappointing, another army lands to move towards to the central Amazon based cities.
And time is of the essence because
Yes, Hyuna has launched the Space Ship

The Songhai army, with it's diversed troops from Europe, Africa, and Asia move on the Incan lands to prevent the coward from fleeing into space and establish a Utopian Society.
Meanwhile, the Armada still had work as Hyuna had his own Version of the "Witch City" somewhere in Alaska. Rumor had it that a horrible female monster lived there that fed on Wild Moose, Russian Jets, and Liberals. Askia felt great sympathy for Hyuna now, understanding his desire to leave earth very well.
Askia did Hyuna a generous deed,
The world was estactic with this and elected Askia head of the UN
Soon Askia claimed the Incan "New" capital
And destroyed the Spaceship
After capturing the last city
Askia went to meet the Incan King who surprisingly throw his arms around the Songhai lord and wept tears of gratitude. Hyuna swore everlasting loyalty to Askia for killing the dreaded "Palin" monster from the northern lands, that even crazy Monty was scared to settle. Hyuna was left to clean up the South American mess while other Songhai allies settled the lands.
Yet the Songhai homelands were not idle during the burning of South America, a hoarde of ICBMs had been acquired
And looking at techs
Well now, neither Monty nor Lincoln have the technology needed for SDI. That can only mean one thing
The Songhai army readed itself in case it had to head north.
And fire reigned in from the sky, setting the entire north American continent aflame.
Capitulation was tricky at first as Neither Abe or Monty was willing to agree to vassal for fear of Askia's enemies. But several more nukes resulted in
Askia had new charges for his three additional advisors
Lincoln was given the job to make pretty speeches to the nuked out North Americans about the kindness of Askia and the Songhais.
Sitting Bull was given the job rebuilding the landscapes to, um, try and grow things again.
Monty was given a jester's outfit and shown on television as comic relieve for the rebuilding continent.
Askia looked at the victory conditions
Domination and Conquest on the same turn!!!!
In fact, the UN vote popped up
And Askia had the world vote him Overlord of the world, as if he really needed their opinion on the matter.
So Askia get's three victory conditions all at once, what a guy! Shows him what Civilization IV can do for him as opposed to the gimicky Civilization V.
SO a few finishing points you are all interested in, such as the number of nukes used
WOW, 150 ICBMs! And not so much Global warming, at least in the Eurasia/African lands.
The score
And tehre you have it folks. A Conquest, 34 leader earth map game starting from the worse lands on earth, West Africa!
Give me a break before I rev up the next, and tamer RPC.

The 2nd best RPC ever by my reckoning, topped only by the sury insanity.
Look at all those nukes though. 
The most I've ever built was about 100, and I never Fired them. I just 
ed at the jobs of the north american leaders. Making things grow in the nuclear wasteland of the america's is sure to be a lot of work for the Bull.

Interesting that Askia beat Mansa Musa's original RPC two-victory victory...proves who deserves to reign in West Africa!
