RoM won't load. :(

I've succesfully downloaded and plugged RoM latest version. Now, this subforum has come underneath my eyes, and I'm starting to love RoM just watching the threads.
Btb, my mod won't load. In zazara's 6-step-manual I'm down to step 5, and stuck. I can reach Load a Mod, I can select Raise of Mankind, I can select OK, but just after the shutdown of Civ IV unmodded, my computer says this:

Civilization Beyond the Sword werkt niet meer.
Het programma is afgesloten.

Translation:
Civilization Beyond the Sword doesn't work anymore. (FFFFFFFFFFF)
The program has been closed.

Meaning I will never access the mod of RoM, which is sad. Or..?
You can help me.

Select Language as English (Under Options) and see what happens.

Also did you install RoM in the Program files\ path or in the My Documents\ path? Programs is the Correct path.

This thread should be killed with fire, there is a bugreport thingy thread.
Anyway, it's yet fixed. I was suffering a ''Version OK!'' announcement which wasn't true. Also, the Dutch stuff is Vista, not Civ. I wish there was a dutch translated civ. Anyway, now I'm running RoM succesfully. Yet, thanks.
