ROMAND like mod for Civ3

Hey guy, I think I got bored of long loading processes and so on and decided to revive some nostalgiс feelings playing Civ3. But I don't think I would enjoy vanilla Civ3 after such a great mod, so I ask you:

Do you know any mods that can resemble this one? I wouldn't mind if they are not modular since Civ3 is older and so on, but that option proved to be great. And 3-tile-radius for large cities would be good as well.

RoM was based of Rise and Rule for Civ III. See RoM first post here for other mods it was based on.

Civilization 3 just doesn't have the modability that Civ4 does.

Having said that there is a mod in Civ III which I really like that can't be converted to Civ IV. I have tried. "Paths of Glory" was its name and it is so different but still basic civ.

Double Your Pleasure and The Balancer seemed similar. I was going to work on a TBX for Civ4, but by the time I was ready to start, well lets just say ROM & AND were already rolling.
