I made this scenario for fun and for my own sake and I have also had much fun with the worldbuilder. It is far from perfect, but I thought that maybe someone else might enjoy it too 
I have only used the Worldbuilder, so there is no config files, scripting etc.
The red thread in the scenario is 'What if Rome and Aztects were very powerful rivals'?
Civs have been superpowered with rivers, and extreme amount of ressources, super cities and great men, in this scenario on a huge map of the Earth.
As the name suggests Rome and Aztecs is rivals, confrontaton might be inevitable. I've also added some other 'fun' stuff on the map.
Recommended civilization to play: Rome.
Alternate civilizations to play: Egypt, India, China, Japan or Aztec.
It is made for CIV4 Beyond the Sword.

Unrar the file 'ROMEvsAZTECS11 01082011.rar' and place the only available file in your Worldbuilder folder: mine is located in the documents folder: \My Games\Beyond the Sword\Saves\WorldBuilder
If you have problems installing I will help as best I can
