Roteen Crashes

Ok, when i try to load a game or start a new one my computer crashes. This happens every other time. So when i dicide to start a new game it does everything it is sepose to do then when its about to finish, everything goes black and it makes this weird sound with the music (that sounds like its repeating a million times per second), then my computer crashes. It also does this for when im loading a game. It only does this every other time. So when i try to start one time it does it and i have to restart my computer and try it again for it to work. I always have to do this, it is not like a random thing it is more like a roteen type of thing.

I wanted to know if this has anything to do with the 1.09 patch that came out. This started after i downloaded the patch. I whant to know if this has happend to anyone and if i have to redownload the patch or if Firaxis is aware of this and is planning to fix it in another patch that might be comming out.
