Well, with my Airlink wireless card (54mps 802.11g) I get a decent connection but have a few concerns:
1. When on AIM sometimes on my home router, which is 108mps Netgear, or any other router I sporatically get kicked off AIM every hour or maybe so, random time.
2. Sometimes I am downloading and it just stops. It says it is downloading but it's not going anywhere.
3. The connections are crappy unless I am pretty near the router.
Do you think the problems come from my wireless card or the routers?
And would a better wireless card (this one was $13) make me not get booted off and stuff? Also, would a better wireless card increase the range of my connections?
