running civ 5

Does anyone know if civ 5 can run on intel graphics? Im looking into getting a new laptop and Im torn between spending an extra $150 to get a heavier laptop that has a graphics card or going with the lighter one that has intel Hd graphics and a better battery life (and being able to run civ 5 is the deciding factor : D).
There doesn't seem to be a yes or no anywhere, so has anyone tried it?

never mind I found the answer, just had to stop being lazy

Yeah Intel "graphics" cards don't run games very well, especially recent ones.

don't bother waste your $ to upgrade your pc, the game is riddled with bug.

even i7 still lag like snail in huge/late game

; ) I know, on my i7/260gtx it lags later in the game on large and huge maps
