running Civ III in a Window

Does anyone know how to make civ III run in a window using Win XP? I can access my home computer using XP's Remote Desktop but can see the CIV III screen because it's not in a window. The other programs, such as the map editor work fine but not CIV III.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated
