Runtime Error

So I got to about turn 360 or so and the game would of course lag heavily after the end of each turn. Then it started crashing about every other turn, and now when I try to load up the saved game I get this error. I can start a new game just fine, I am just not able to load the old one. Any help is appreciated.

Probably related to the file size bloat + memory leak. Will hopefully be patched soon.
Can you provide a savegame?
