what exactly is this mod for? i checked out the ciilopedia texts and stuff and there all seem to be in russian.

so, this is the russian translation of the game? (is its title's meaning really this simple?)

1.21 version Russian patch coming soon. An I'm developing a mod/scenario with 31 civs, +15 extra UUs. Need great work with graphic/animation things, and gameplay balancing. Of course in Russian.
