Saibotlieh's Leaderhead Collection

Awesome idea! :king:

Sai, has anyone had a problem with your Grace O'Malley leaderhead? On the diplo screen, her face seems to twist up and look funny, but in the 'pedia she works fine. I know she's using Joao's animation, but something in game isn't right when she turns her face to the side. I'll see if I can get a screenie in the next little while to show you what I mean.

Very nice.
Thanks. :)

Hm, that does not sound so good. I guess a screenshot could really be handy. Also, do you use other leaderheads that use the same animation?

As promised, here are two screenies. Notice her eyes as well...

As I said, she looks fine in the 'Pedia, but in the game she looks quite malevolent.

I don't use other leaderheads with her animation, no. She's self contained.

Yeah, Joao likes to move his head and mouth quite a lot, which is not very helpful for costum models. :(

I just toyed a bit with "freezing" her lip movement a bit, should look a bit better now. Also tried my luck with the eyes, but there is not much I can do without larger modifications of the animation files. Guess you will have to accept a bit malevolentness from her. ;)

Thanks Sai. It's weird that she's totally normal in the 'pedia, but I'll try out the version that you fixed. Thanks again. :)

No problem.

I think she looks normal in the 'pedia because the "pleased" animation works a bit better for this custom model. Try gifting her a tech or a city in an in-game test and she should show the same animation.

So keep her happy and she won't kill you with that glare?

:mischief:

Love Nicholas II. Unfortunately, the leaderhead button doesn't have background. Is anyone experiencing this problem?

Thanks. That the button has no background is intentional, although I am not sure anymore why I did so. :crazyeye:

The attached button should work better for you. :)

thank you SaibotLieh. Another problem, when Nick folds his arms at the back when he's cautious, the arm goes invisible. It's really disturbing since it looks like it gets cut. :(

No problem. :)

The arm does not go invisible, but rather thin because of the rotation of the arm. Since it was a rather quick work I did not care that much about rigging the arm better (which is really a lot of pain to get right). Maybe some day I will get back on that.

Every time I use blender to open Cockacoeske, found her bones are distorted, this is why?

That will most probably related to the changes I had to do to make the war paint work. If you can use NifSkope I can show you how to unchange it again, otherwise I can do so myself and upload the Blender-friendly file.

Can you give me a no paint war model, is not deformed skeletal model? Thank you
