In a figth..who would win?

I lean towards Samus, since she has the must advance suit in the universe made by the most advance race in the universe.

She would blow MC to pieces with her missiles, and megabombs.....

Master Chief's suit, in addition to his genetic augmentation, training, AI, and general bad-assness, would win. Hands down.
Did you know he once deflected a missile coming straight for him?

Yeah, but when Samus is doing the screw attack she's pretty much invulnerable to anything Master Chef can throw at her.

And, just to make my point once more, Samus is a girl, so she wins.

First of all, he won't get "pwned" as you say. Also, can Master Chief continuously jump in the air as many times as he wants? No. Can he roll into a ball? No. Does he have girl power? No. For those who don't know these people, this is samus. And another pic will have master chief. and samus without her suit.
But this pic shows Samus kickin PS2 butt.

Samus looks the best in the Metroid Fusion ending pics... I don't really like Zero Mission's art style at all, and in Prime you don't get to see any of her...

the master chief kicks way too much ass. he's the ultimate freaking warrior. and suit him up with an overshield and active camoflauge and he'll be unstoppable.

No. Samus has like 20 different missiles and stuff. Does Master Chief have any homing missiles? And no, the alien weapons don't count.

samus couldnt even get close to the master chief with the sniper rifle. she would be dead before she even saw him.

master chief wouldn't see samus if she was super0charged running straight at him like in Metroid Fusion. Even if he did, she would bullet out of the way to either side, get right up next to him and drop a bomb.
