ummm well guys maybe we should restart? i just popped a settler....that is a little imbalance IMO

That is a problem...you could delete the settler...and we all agree to delete settlers popped from huts...honor system...or restart as we are not very far in.

i can delete it but then i also lose a hut pop

We should really be playing at a harder difficulty level!

And I would not care if huts were OFF completely...I don't really like the randomness they throw in anyway. They help balance a larger game (=more civs) where those who start with scouts get the benefit and those that start with warriors get the early rush opportunity.
