SAT Scores are Out

Nope. "SAT tests are redundant" because there is more than one test and we don't speak like someone from the deep South on the forums :p
However, the redundancy is the word "tests". Although I admit I should have made better use of quotation marks.

"SAT tests" is redundant.

Y'all come back now, y'hear? :)

That's the point. The phrase 'SAT tests" is redundant' is correct because "SAT tests" is redundant. "Tests" is already implied by the "T" in "SAT" so there is no need to say it again.

Of course this is all way beside the point . . .

As a few years ago, SAT is not an acronym. Therefore, unless included in its definition (E.g., quizes are not called "quiz tests" while we can use "short test" to a similar affect), the word "SAT" does not involve the word "test".
