Satellite don't reveal the map?

I have seen some Civ 6 prints about late game and one thing that surprise me is the map is not completely revealed after satellite discovery. In CIV V and CIV IV this happens.

Why they removed this fact of the game?

It is still in the game, you just need to build a Spaceport and launch the satellite yourself. It is also the first step to Science victory.

Map gets revealed when you launch your first space mission: launch earth satellite.
